The Opportunity
A leading consumer-facing, multi-site business is looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join its commercial finance team. This is a highly visible role within a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing and Digital teams to drive commercial performance and support strategic decision making.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead weekly and monthly trading analysis and performance reporting
- Deliver commercial insight across sales, profitability, pricing and promotions
- Build business cases for promotional and loyalty initiatives
- Analyse margin and EBITDA performance across multiple channels
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial decision making
- Develop reporting, dashboards and KPI tracking tools
- Support forecasting and planning activities
What You Need
- Experience within commercial finance or commercial FP&A roles
- Experience within retail, hospitality, ecommerce or other consumer-focused businesses
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- CIMA / ACCA qualified
- Power BI or SQL exposure is desired but not essential
- Available to start immediately or on short notice
