Active Directory / Entra ID Specialist - Contract - Outside IR35

Active Directory / Entra ID Specialist – ContractWe are looking for an experienced Active Directory / Entra ID Specialist to join a large organisation in the energy sector on an initial 3-month contract to support an urgent requirement within the infrastructure team.
This role will involve a mix of BAU support, project delivery, and helping shape the development of a new AD / Entra capability within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments
• Support and deliver infrastructure and identity-related projects
• Assist in the development and maturation of a dedicated AD / Entra function
• Work across hybrid identity environments and contribute to best practice improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access management issues
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams

Required Experience

• Strong experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience supporting hybrid Microsoft environments
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
• Experience with BAU support as well as project-based delivery
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Contract Details

• Initial 3-month contract
• Outside IR35
• Primarily remote working
• Occasional travel to London required
