Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our client on a 6 month initial contract.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing and optimising multi-channel marketing solutions across email, customer journeys, automation and data-driven engagement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work with both core Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and newer platform innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build customer journeys across email, SMS and other digital channels
- Develop personalised campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools including Journey Builder, Email Studio and Automation Studio
- Manage audience segmentation, data extensions and campaign automation
- Support integrations between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM
- Contribute to reporting, analytics and campaign performance optimisation
- Ensure GDPR and data compliance standards are maintained
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders and clients across project delivery
- Support troubleshooting, testing and continuous platform improvement
- Strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Experience with:
- Journey Builder
- Email Studio
- Automation Studio
- Content Builder
- AMPscript and/or SSJS
- Experience managing Marketing Cloud integrations and data processes
- Good understanding of marketing automation, personalisation and customer engagement
- Comfortable working within Agile delivery environments
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalisation / Interaction Studio
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama)
- Awareness of Salesforce Data Cloud and emerging Marketing Cloud capabilities
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications advantageous
