SAP SuccessFactors Programme Lead (Outside IR35)

Lead a greenfield SAP SuccessFactors implementation, driving key design decisions and shaping a modern HR operating model. You'll provide strategic direction, make critical architectural choices, and ensure successful delivery across the programme.

Responsibilities include leading consultants and workstream leads, transforming legacy HR processes into scalable SuccessFactors solutions, governing delivery milestones, and managing SI and stakeholder relationships.

Required: proven SAP HR transformation leadership, deep SuccessFactors expertise (EC, Talent, etc.), strong decision-making ability, and experience overcoming technical and organisational challenges. UK-based, hybrid working, Outside IR35.
