An opportunity has arisen for an experienced PMO Lead to establish and drive programme governance across a significant transformation portfolio. You will lead PMO activities, ensuring effective controls, reporting, planning and risk management are embedded throughout the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage programme PMO functions.
- Implement governance frameworks, standards and controls.
- Own reporting, RAID management and executive dashboards.
- Drive planning, budgeting and resource management processes.
- Support programme assurance and audit activities.
- Manage stakeholder communications across all levels.
- Extensive PMO leadership experience within large programmes.
- Strong knowledge of governance, portfolio management and delivery controls.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Strong understanding of programme and project methodologies.
- MSP, P3O or PRINCE2 certification.
- Previous experience in enterprise transformation programmes.
