We are looking for a highly skilled Benefits Lead to define, manage and realise benefits across a major transformation programme. This role will be responsible for establishing benefits management frameworks and ensuring measurable business outcomes are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain programme benefits frameworks and strategies.
- Define benefit measures, baselines and tracking mechanisms.
- Work with business leaders to identify and validate benefits.
- Produce benefits realisation plans and performance reporting.
- Challenge assumptions and ensure benefit forecasts remain achievable.
- Support executive governance and investment decision-making.
- Proven experience leading benefits management on large transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of benefits realisation methodologies.
- Experience developing benefits cases and tracking value delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and financial awareness.
