Job description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Talent, Skills & Performance Lead to take ownership of the design, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Workday capabilities across Talent Management, Performance, and Skills within a global environment. This role will act as the functional subject matter expert, ensuring the platform effectively supports workforce strategy and delivers measurable business value.

You will partner closely with HR, Talent teams, and Technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, system-driven solutions. With a strong platform mindset, you will drive continuous improvement across the talent landscape, ensuring alignment between functional needs and technical delivery while maintaining governance and system integrity.

The ideal candidate will bring solid Workday experience across Talent, Performance, Learning, Recruitment, and Skills, along with a strong understanding of Workday architecture, business processes, and security models. You will have experience supporting Workday releases, optimising system performance, and enabling adoption of new functionality in line with business priorities.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence across both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also support roadmap development, contribute to strategic initiatives, and provide advanced functional expertise within the support model.
This role is well suited to someone who combines hands-on Workday expertise with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced, global environment.
