We're partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an exceptional Senior Finance Manager (FP&A) to play a pivotal role in driving business performance, strategic planning, and executive decision-making.

The Role Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you will lead the planning, forecasting, and performance management agenda across the business, ensuring financial insights support key strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and strategic financial modelling activities.
- Owning the monthly forecasting cycle, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
- Delivering insightful reporting, analysis, and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation, challenging assumptions and driving commercial decision-making.
- Developing and enhancing FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to improve efficiency and business insight.
- Managing and developing a high-performing FP&A team, providing coaching, support, and leadership.
- Acting as a trusted deputy to the Head of FP&A when required.
You will ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Approximately 5+ years of post-qualified experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance.
- A proven background operating in large, complex, listed businesses.
- Experience within consumer, retail, FMCG or similarly fast-moving sectors.
- Exceptional financial modelling, analytical, and business partnering skills.
- The ability to translate complex financial information into clear commercial recommendations.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing teams.
- Confidence working with and influencing senior executives and key stakeholders.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to hit the ground running from day one.
- Salary up to £95,000
