We are seeking an experienced Senior SuccessFactors Solution Lead to support a global HR Transformation Programme implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and associated modules. This is a client-side leadership role focused on structured problem-solving, solution design and decision-making rather than system configuration.
The successful candidate will lead complex cross-functional discussions, challenge assumptions, evaluate options and drive pragmatic business outcomes while acting as an intelligent counterpart to our implementation partner.
Required experience/skills
- Extensive SAP SuccessFactors experience (EC, ECP and related modules)
- Proven HR, ERP or business transformation leadership experience
- Strong consulting-style problem solving and solution design capability
- Ability to break down complex, ambiguous business challenges
- Facilitation of senior cross-functional workshops (HR, Payroll, Finance, IT)
- Development of solution options, recommendations and decision papers
- Experience challenging and managing implementation partners
- Strong stakeholder management and consensus-building skills
- Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach
- Background in Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, EY, KPMG, IBM Consulting or Capgemini desirable
- Global HR transformation experience preferred
