We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Integration & Delivery Workstream Lead to take ownership of a critical workstream as the programme progresses through testing, cutover and go-live. This role is focused on driving the successful delivery of integrations, extensions and technical workstream activities, whilst managing plans, risks, dependencies, governance and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with system integrators, technology teams, architects and business stakeholders to ensure all integration activities are delivered on time, defects are resolved, testing milestones are achieved, and the workstream is fully prepared for deployment and operational readiness.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA workstreams on large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong SAP Technical Project Management or Workstream Lead experience
- Proven track record of managing integrations across SAP, third-party applications and internal systems
- Experience delivering programmes through SIT, UAT, Cutover and Go-Live phases
- Ability to manage System Integrators, external suppliers and multiple delivery partners
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- Experience creating and managing detailed L4/L5 project plans
- Strong RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies) management experience
- Expertise in delivery governance, reporting and stage-gate preparation
- Experience managing integration and extension testing activities
- Strong understanding of SAP WRICEF objects and governance processes
- Experience overseeing defect management and resolution during testing cycles
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration approaches and clean core principles
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing programme dependencies
- Strong cutover planning and deployment readiness experience
- Ability to manage critical-path activities and drive issue resolution
- Experience producing executive-level status reports and steering committee updates
- Strong vendor and third-party supplier management experience
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills
