Project Manager - SC NPPV

Outcomes will include:
• Delivering agreed project outputs on time by creating project plans that identify and track activities and timelines
• Delivering agreed project outputs on budget by managing the project funding and completing monthly financial reports
• Establishing the operational benefits of the projects and ensuring there are mechanisms in-place to track them in BAU
• Ensuring that risks, issues and dependencies are identified, documented and managed and escalated where support is required
• Developing and running proportionate project governance
• Completing necessary project reporting
• Working closely with operational stakeholders to ensure projects outputs are owned and embedded into BAU
• Appropriately managing senior and operational stakeholders, project team members, and enabling stakeholders

Ideal candidates will have:
• Significant experience (minimum 3 years’) in managing multiple projects or a single project (dependent upon size and complexity) with an emphasis on delivering outcomes and benefits.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to deliver solutions when met with challenging issues or situations.
• Experience of influencing, negotiating with, and providing challenge to management-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to engage with and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and presenting complex information to varied audiences.
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Flexible approach to work as it is likely that project allocations may change to suit operational requirements and deadlines.
