Transformation PMO – Change Function Build-Out
We’re looking for a hands-on Transformation PMO professional to support the build-out and centralisation of a growing Change function. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, bringing structure to ambiguity, and managing multiple initiatives across a complex transformation landscape.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Programme coordination
- Governance and reporting
- RAID management
- Stakeholder engagement, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across the portfolio.
- The role will also support value tracking and benefits realisation, helping provide clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong PMO and transformation experience within complex organisations
- Previous experience working on transformation within PMO functions
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to operate across both strategic and delivery-focused activities
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide change, portfolio management, and governance frameworks is highly desirable.
