Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the end‑to‑end testing strategy for Workday Financials
- Build test plans, scripts, scenarios, and acceptance criteria specific to Financials modules
- Lead SIT, E2E, regression, UAT, and cutover testing cycles
- Work closely with Finance SMEs, technical teams, and Workday implementation partners
- Drive defect triage, prioritisation, and resolution
- Ensure testing meets programme governance, audit, and compliance standards
- Provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, and readiness
- Proven Test Manager experience on Workday Financials implementations
- Deep knowledge of Workday Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Assets, Projects, Expenses, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to lead testing in large‑scale ERP or transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate autonomously and deliver at pace
- Experience with Workday integrations testing
- Background in finance transformation programmes
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
