The Opportunity We are partnering with a rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed market leader that is entering an exciting phase of expansion and transformation. Following significant investment and ambitious growth plans, the business is seeking a high-calibre FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving commercial insight, strategic decision-making, and financial performance across the organisation.

The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of core FP&A activities while acting as a key business partner to stakeholders across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Producing board-level reporting and executive presentations
- Driving improvements in reporting, forecasting accuracy and financial processes
- Supporting commercial performance reviews and KPI development
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Supporting business transformation initiatives and strategic projects
- Providing detailed variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
You will ideally possess:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
- Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience
- Experience gained within a large, complex organisation or multinational environment
- A track record of operating in high-growth, changing businesses
- Excellent analytical, modelling and reporting skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- The ability to work at pace whilst maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with a desire to drive continuous improvement
- £75,000 - £85,000 base salary
