In this Q&A, we shine a spotlight on Andi Fuess, to learn more about his role, gain insights into the German tech and transformation market, and what makes Investigo Germany a compelling partner for both clients and candidates.
What is your role at Investigo Germany, and which areas do you specialise in?
I am the Managing Director for Investigo Germany, responsible for building and scaling our presence in Germany. Alongside establishing and growing the team, I oversee all core aspects of the business from compliance and operational structure to customer relationships and strategic solution design.
Our specialist areas include external solutions for IT, Transformation, Change, as well as C-suite and senior leadership hiring. We support organisations navigating complex transformation journeys by providing the right talent and expertise at every stage.
What attracted you to joining Investigo and being part of the Germany launch?

What are you seeing in the German tech/transformation market right now that excites you most?
Germany is experiencing one of its most significant transformation phases in years. From large scale digitisation across traditional industries to the rapid adoption of cloud, AI, and new operating models, companies are finally accelerating change rather than discussing it.
What excites me most is the shift from incremental improvements to bold, strategic transformation programmes, where leadership teams are actively looking for external expertise and specialised talent to execute at speed.
What skills or profiles are currently most in demand, and where are companies struggling to hire?
The highest demand is across roles that sit at the intersection of technology and business change. These include:
- Transformation leaders (Programme Directors, CTOs/CIOs, Heads of Change)
- Interim and external specialists for large-scale digital and cloud programmes
- Change & adoption experts who can drive behavioural and organisational change
- Data, AI, and architecture professionals
- C suite and senior strategic hires with experience leading transformation in complex environments
