Interim Commercial FBP

Great opportunity to join an exciting & fast paced company for a 6 month interim Senior Finance Business Partner role.  This is a critical leadership role where you will shape financial strategy, drive performance, and support the continued success of the company. You will manage financial planning, budgets / forecasts & also work with the wider business to deliver robust analysis to support revenue growth & cost efficiencies. You will be a key partner to commercial, operational, and functional teams, providing guidance on pricing, investment decisions, and profitability. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for improvement, enhancing processes, and driving operational efficiencies across the finance function.
 
This role will suit a fully qualified finance professional who is able to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen based on sound finance analysis.  You will also be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across the business. You will be either immediately available, or on limited notice period, as well as be able to be on site 3 days in their Staffordshire location with 2 from home. The succesful candidate willl be a passionate, talented & engaging Commercial Business Partner who is happy to commit to a 6 month period. 

Role is being recruited on a fixed term contract basis so will have additional holidays, benefits all on a pro rata basis.
