Rate: £420/day inside IR35
Working pattern: Full-time, hybrid, 2 days in Euston
Location: Remote / Euston
Duration: 6 months, initial
Sought Experience:
- Experience in operating and/or designing and implementing relevant core IT service processes.
- Experience in system admin and configuration roles for relevant HDRS tech platforms including Crowdstrike, Jamf, Intune, Azure AD, O365 including Sharepoint.
- Experience in working in Windows and Mac mixed environments.
- Experience in user and device management and provisioning processes
- Experience in delivering IT projects
- Experience in acting as business partner and/or contract manager for IT services, and able to maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
As IT Service & Systems manager you will be the subject matter expert on the day-to-day operation of the IT environment and services.
Initially you will be responsible for establishing and managing a productive relationship with the IT provider, over time supporting the Head of IT with designing and implementing the future model.
You will be a hands-on IT practitioner able to define, support and deliver key technical functions and processes. Both with others and initially yourself. This may include managing joiners and leavers, systems and application administration, change and maintenance management, and other core aspects.
You will work alongside a range of internal & external colleagues in the delivery of your role. Acting as business partner, advisor and IT service provider to ensure our IT provision is meeting the needs of the business.
