Investigo have been retained to support the hire of a contract Data Lead for a major UK Brand. Responsible for assisting and executing data strategies that drive decision making and business insights.
- Outside IR35
- Rate negotiable dependant on experience
- ASAP start (ideally early June)
- North West UK/ Hybrid - 2 days p/week on site
Role responsibilities:
- Leads and oversees data & analytics initiatives that drive strategic decision making and operational excellence
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to implement technical analytics solutions that target organisational challenges
- Assists in designing and enabling Data & Analytics strategies that align with company objectives and industry trends
- Establish data science initiatives by utilising AI and ML technologies to predict trends and metrics, evaluate risks and continuously improve processes
Required Experience:
- Experience implementing Snowflake into an organisation and leading Snowflake migration initiatives
- Understanding of P&L drivers, with the ability to summarise large amounts of data to influence business decision-making
- Understanding of the overall architectures of cloud data platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Azure Databricks, etc) and analytics platforms. Experience with Snowflake is a must
- Led Data & Analytics teams
- Skilled at engaging and partnering with multiple business units
