Rate: £600–£650 per day (Inside IR35)

We are looking for a high-calibre Delivery Manager with strong experience in GDS environments and a genuinely service-led approach to delivery.
Key Requirements
- Strong understanding of GDS (Government Digital Service) standards and ways of working
- Proven ability to deliver beyond technical outputs, with a focus on:
- End-to-end service delivery
- User-centric design principles
- Collaboration across product, design, and engineering
- Appreciation of service design best practice (not just delivery execution)
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex environments
- Proven background in software engineering/digital delivery environments
- Experience working with cross-functional agile teams
- Strong preference for candidates from product/software delivery background (rather than infrastructure-heavy or O365 rollout programmes)
