Job description

Veeva Consultant required with SAP experience on a contract basis, working remotely for our client based in London. 

We are seeking an experienced Veeva Consultant with firsthand expertise in Veeva Vault modules including PromoMats, EQMS (Quality Management System), and Submissions/RIM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences processes and regulatory compliance, and will support application management, configuration, and integration activities for a global transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

•    Configure and maintain Veeva Vault modules
•    PromoMats for promotional material compliance.
•    EQMS for quality workflows (deviations, CAPA, change control).
•    Submissions/RIM for regulatory document management.
•    Manage user roles, security policies, and lifecycle configurations.
•    Support integration with ERP (SAP S/4HANA), Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
•    Provide L2/L3 application support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
•    Assist with Veeva upgrades (quarterly releases) and validation activities.
•    Ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and GDPR requirements.
•    Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to align solutions with processes.

Required Skills/experience/tech/compliance: 

•    Veeva Vault Expertise:
•    PromoMats, EQMS, RIM/Submissions.
•    Veeva Vault SDK, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, SQL.
•    Experience with integrations (ERP, CRM).
•    GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA principles.
•    Computer System Validation (CSV), IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.

Life Sciences Domain Experience:

•    Regulatory submissions, quality processes, promotional compliance.
•    Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and change management.
•    Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
•    Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce integration.
