The company
A well-established property business with a strong and growing presence internationally. Operating within diverse real assets, the business is continuing to grow and invest and is looking to hire a new Qualified FP&A Manager role to the business to strenghten its financial planning capability. With a focus on data-driven decision making, this is an exciting time to join the buisiness. 

The Role
As the FP&A Manager, you will play a vital role in the strategic financial management of the European business. Based in the London office, you will partner closely with finance, accounting, and systems teams to deliver high-quality financial insights, forecasts, and KPI reporting. You will act a system superuser, supporting the wider finance team on this. The role combines financial analysis with stakeholder engagement, owning the forecasting and reporting processes and supporting the FP&A Director closely. 

Requirements
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with a strong accounting foundation and proven FP&A experience in a fast-paced, international environment. Experience within the property/real estate sector is desireable not not essential. You will also be a confident user of Anaplan and Excel as well as ther ERP systems and reporting tools. This role requires strong communication skills with the ability to confidently partner and present complex financial data to senior stakeholders.
