Experience Needed:
- Strong background as a Business Analyst within large complex organisations with multiple entities (i.e. local and group).
- Proven experience working in large-scale process improvement programmes.
- Solid understanding of Asset Management, Inventory Management, Safe Systems of Work and associated interface with Finance and Procurement Systems
- Highly proficient in documenting workflows/process maps
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating cross-functional workshops
Must have:
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within Operations
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Solutions and part of a team that delivered SAP based solutions
- Worked closely with technical teams to support SAP based solutions (or similar)
- Proven track record of leading transformational projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
