Job description

We are currently seeking three experienced and hands-on Salesforce Technical Leads to join a growing Salesforce practice delivering large-scale, enterprise transformation programmes.

This is a senior technical leadership role where you will act as the technical authority across complex implementations, ensuring engineering excellence, scalable architecture, and high-quality delivery standards.

The Role As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will:
  • Own end-to-end technical solution design 
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions
  • Produce and validate ERDs, UML diagrams, and security models
  • Provide architectural oversight across configurations (Flows, OmniStudio) and custom development (Apex, LWC)
  • Proactively identify technical risks and minimise technical debt through modular, reusable design
  • Lead and mentor development teams, promoting engineering best practice
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform limits, governance, and design standards
  • Oversee CI/CD processes and DevOps best practice
Required Experience
  • 7 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Proven experience leading technical delivery on large-scale enterprise programmes
  • Deep expertise across:
    • Service Cloud
    • Experience Cloud
    • OmniStudio
    • Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Data modelling & integration architecture
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices
  • Experience with integration design across external systems, ERPs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
  • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git-based workflows)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
Security Requirements Security Clearance is required for this position. We welcome applications from candidates who are:
