This is a senior technical leadership role where you will act as the technical authority across complex implementations, ensuring engineering excellence, scalable architecture, and high-quality delivery standards.
The Role As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will:
- Own end-to-end technical solution design
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions
- Produce and validate ERDs, UML diagrams, and security models
- Provide architectural oversight across configurations (Flows, OmniStudio) and custom development (Apex, LWC)
- Proactively identify technical risks and minimise technical debt through modular, reusable design
- Lead and mentor development teams, promoting engineering best practice
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform limits, governance, and design standards
- Oversee CI/CD processes and DevOps best practice
- 7 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Proven experience leading technical delivery on large-scale enterprise programmes
- Deep expertise across:
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- OmniStudio
- Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Data modelling & integration architecture
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices
- Experience with integration design across external systems, ERPs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git-based workflows)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
- SC Cleared, or
- Eligible for SC Clearance (UK national or minimum five years UK residency with no gaps)
