Property Finance Administrator 

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for property? I am partnering with a renowned real estate organisations, to bring on a talented Property Finance Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the heart of London’s property scene while showcasing your finance, admin and organisational expertise.

Location: London
Hybrid Working: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000

What You’ll Be Doing
In the Property Finance Administrator role, you will:
  • Maintain the property database, with a focus on accurate setup and upkeep of lease and tenancy agreements, tenant ledgers, and cashbook postings.
  • Prepare and issue rent demands, manage ad-hoc charges, and offer support for rent reviews, licences, assignments, and break clauses, etc.
  • Collaborate with managing agents, developing and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Oversee the accounts inbox, resolving tenant queries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide assistance with credit control and proactively handle overdue accounts, including challenging conversations.
  • Prepare reports using Excel and other platforms, contributing to wider financial insights and business decisions.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Previous finance and property experience, ideally within a similar setting.
  • Familiarity with property and accounting management systems – experience with MRI Horizon is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge.
  • Confidence in credit control processes, with the ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage across all levels internally and externally.
