Project Manager (Strategic Change)

Strategic Change Project Manager – London Market Insurance
London / Hybrid (circa 2 days a week in the office)

Investigo are working with a well-established London Market insurance organisation that’s continuing to invest heavily in enterprise change. This role sits within a small, high-impact strategic change team and exists due to internal promotion.

You’ll be working across a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives, partnering closely with Technology, Data and Innovation teams, and engaging regularly with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders. This is not a delivery-only role as there’s a strong focus on embedding change and managing impact.

What they’re looking for:
➡️ 3–4 years’ experience delivering end-to-end strategic change or transformation projects
➡️ Strong insurance knowledge is essential (ideally London Market)
➡️ Knowledge of embedding change, managing impact, communications and engagement
➡️ Comfortable working with C-suite stakeholders
➡️ Any consultancy experience (big 4) would be highly beneficial.
