Duration: 6 months initial
Rate: £650 to £825 per day inside IR35

We are looking for a senior Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect with deep HR domain expertise to lead solution strategy and technical problem solving at executive programme level.

Key responsibilities
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Oracle Fusion HCM
• Act as senior escalation point for complex functional and technical challenges
• Provide architectural leadership to delivery teams and suppliers
• Engage senior leadership stakeholders to shape roadmap and transformation approach
• Ensure integration patterns and data strategy align with enterprise architecture

Required experience
• Extensive Oracle Fusion HCM architecture delivery background
• Proven ability operating at SLT / programme board level
• Strong functional and technical hybrid capability
• Experience leading large scale HR transformation programmes
• Integration, data migration and environment strategy expertise
