Investigo has partnered with one of the leading names in Europe for facilities services in their search for a Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will work closely with the Financial Director in ensuring the companies continued growth and operational efficiency. Leading a large team, this role requires an induvial that has proven ability to manage and develop a wide range of finance personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6 finance individuals in the delivery of financial and management reporting across various operating and holding companies
- Improve and develop internal controls and processes to maximise efficiency across accounting systems
- Provide detailed commentary from variance analysis of budget vs forecast and communicate to key internal stakeholders
- Statutory accounts review for audit
- Ownership of balance sheet movements and annual and rolling budget
- ACA/ACCA Qualified with significant post qualified experience in controller/senior manager role
- Demonstratable experience in managing and leading a qualified and transactional finance team
- Pro-technology attitude with proven experience in getting the best from accounting software and systems
- Hands on approach and technical accounting mindset
