Construction Cost Manager – Fixed Term Contract, 12 months

£80,000–£90,000 | Banking | Immediate Start
A major bank is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-profile, high-value office relocations and fit-out projects. This is a Fixed Term Contract for someone immediately available and ready to deliver from day one.

Key responsibilities:
  • Full commercial and cost management of multiple office relocations and fit-outs
  • Budget setting, cost planning, forecasting, and change control
  • Managing consultants, contractors, and cost reports through all project stages
  • Ensuring cost certainty, value for money, and strong commercial governance
  • Reporting to senior stakeholders within a corporate banking environment
About you:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong background in commercial office fit-out and relocation projects
  • Confident managing large, complex, high-value programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder and commercial management skills
  • Immediately available (or very short notice)
