The focus will be on driving adoption, embedding new ways of working, and supporting the business through go-live and hypercare.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading change activities across the Finance function during a Workday Financials rollout
- Assessing how new processes and systems will impact Finance teams and roles
- Creating clear, practical communications to support Finance users through change
- Supporting training and readiness activities to ensure users are confident at go-live
- Engaging Finance stakeholders at all levels to build buy-in and ownership
- Monitoring readiness and adoption and adjusting approach where needed
- Supporting the business through go-live and early life support
- Experience delivering change on Workday Finance programmes
- Good working knowledge of Workday Financials and Finance operating models
- Background in supporting Finance teams through system or process change
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced transformation environments
- Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, etc.) beneficial but not essential
