Join a a global biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative, life‑changing medicines for patients with serious conditions in oncology and neuroscience.
We are seeking a UX Designer to help create intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences across our digital and Business Intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design user-centered interfaces for mobile and web, helping users successfully achieve their objectives.

Support a User-Centered Design Process
- Work within a collaborative, user-centered design framework.
- Support UX team members throughout all stages of the design process.
- Apply and promote UX best practices and industry standards.
- Balance user needs with business goals to craft effective end‑to‑end experiences.
- Understand user perspectives through research findings.
- Create sitemaps, prototypes, wireframes, mockups, behavioral specs, style guidelines, icons, and information graphics under guidance of senior designers.
- Ensure UI deliverables meet usability standards and platform best practices.
- Strive for optimal usability and consider technical constraints across platforms.
- Bachelor’s in Design, Fine Arts, or related field required.
- Additional education or certification in HCI, Human Factors (CUA™), or related disciplines is preferred.
- US Citizen
- 4-5 years in User Experience design: mobile and desktop applications
- Experience designing business or enterprise applications such as portals, mobile apps, dashboards, BI tools, and high‑volume systems.
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience
- CMR experience: Veeva (plus)
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into user-friendly experiences.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams supporting Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Analytics.
- Foundational understanding of enterprise software, CRM systems, CMS, collaboration tools, and Business Intelligence systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating IA, interaction design, visual design, mobile design, and evidence of business impact.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and ability to manage nuanced requirements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (UX, business, product, IT/engineering).
- Exposure to basic user research methods (user interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, card sorting).
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, or multimedia prototyping is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to clearly document and explain design decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to engage in productive design discussions.
- Ability to communicate complex information in a simple, meaningful way.
