Location: London / Glasgow / Cardiff (hybrid)
Rate: £700–£800 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 3 months initial

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to architect and optimise CI/CD pipelines supporting large-scale Salesforce delivery. You will be responsible for creating resilient, automated deployment processes and embedding quality assurance and security practices into the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
• Design and manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Integrate automated testing and quality tooling including Salesforce Code Checker, BrowserStack and Playwright
• Implement infrastructure as code and continuous testing approaches
• Collaborate with architects, developers and security teams to deliver compliant releases
• Improve DevOps maturity and automation capability across Salesforce platforms

Key experience
• Proven experience implementing Salesforce deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Strong knowledge of release engineering, automation frameworks and DevOps best practice
• Experience with testing automation and code quality tooling
• Background working in complex enterprise or public sector environments advantageous

This position will focus on enabling scalable, repeatable deployment strategies and improving platform reliability and delivery velocity.
