We are partnering with a market‑leading, blue‑chip organisation to appoint a Senior Finance Manager – Group Reporting, responsible for delivering world‑class statutory reporting, group consolidation, and financial governance across a portfolio of high‑performing divisions.
This role sits at the heart of the organisation’s financial engine, working closely with the Group Financial Controller, CFO, and wider C‑Suite. It is ideal for a dynamic, ambitious finance professional ready to elevate their career in a fast‑paced listed environment.
The Role As Senior Finance Manager – Group Reporting, you will:
- Lead the full Group statutory reporting cycle, ensuring high‑quality outputs in line with IFRS and listed‑company requirements.
- Manage and develop a team of senior Finance Managers embedded across each division, driving consistency and excellence.
- Oversee group consolidation, month‑end close, and technical accounting matters.
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, including direct engagement with the CFO, CEO, and Audit Committee.
- Bring rigour, challenge, and insight to divisional reporting and performance analysis.
- Lead improvements across controls, systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Support strategic initiatives, including M&A integration, new reporting standards, and transformation projects.
You will ideally have:
- 5–6 years post‑qualification experience (ACA/ACCA preferred — Big 4 or top‑tier practice desirable).
- Strong experience in statutory reporting, consolidation, and IFRS.
- A track record of operating within a large, complex, or listed business.
- Leadership experience with the ability to develop and uplift a talented team.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the gravitas to engage senior stakeholders and influence at C‑Suite level.
- A mindset geared toward improvement, challenge, and driving best‑practice reporting.
