We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to design and implement a new CRM platform for our organisation. With seven entities operating under one structure, this role will build a unified Dynamics environment that supports efficient customer engagement and a seamless ticketing experience for events.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end‑to‑end build of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across seven organisational entities.
• Design a scalable CRM architecture with tailored workflows, automations, and data structures.
• Develop or integrate a ticketing solution within Dynamics to support event creation, bookings, payments, and customer communications.
• Integrate Dynamics with websites and third‑party systems to ensure smooth data flow.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for customer insights and event performance.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and support adoption.
