Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end cutover plans, timelines, and dependencies
- Lead cutover rehearsals and go-live execution
- Coordinate data migration and system readiness activities
- Identify and mitigate cutover risks
- Manage cross-functional teams across IT and the business
- Provide clear stakeholder communication throughout cutover
- Oversee post go-live hypercare and handover to support teams
- Proven experience in ERP cutover management
- Experience with IFS ERP / IFS Applications preferred
- Strong understanding of data migration and integrations
- Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure during critical delivery phases
- Experience with project planning tools (e.g. Smartsheet or similar)
- Experience working on global or multi-region programmes
