Job description

Global Business Analyst (FTC)

Location: Egham – Hybrid (2 days a week)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Contract: 12 month FTC
Start: ASAP

An experienced Business Analyst is required to support a large-scale global front-office and Customer Experience (CX) transformation. The programme is focused on the design and rollout of a reusable, global booking and service platform, with the UK acting as the initial baseline before wider international adoption.

This is a senior, hands-on BA role operating within a product-led environment, working closely with Product Owners and senior stakeholders across multiple regions. The organisation is mid-transformation, with evolving ways of working, meaning this role will suit someone comfortable operating with ambiguity, influencing without authority, and bringing structure to complex problem spaces. The focus is heavily discovery-led, with an emphasis on defining the “to-be” state ahead of large-scale build activity.

Role Highlights
  • Lead discovery and requirements definition across front-office and CX journeys
  • Act as a senior BA partner to Product Owners, supporting product shaping and delivery
  • Document as-is / to-be processes, customer journeys and functional flows
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, consumable requirements and user stories
  • Work on solutions around configure, price, quote (CPQ), pricing models and complex configuration logic
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across UK and international teams
  • Support delivery alongside third-party vendors and system integrators
  • Operate effectively in a pragmatic, non-textbook agile environment
The client is moving quickly and is looking to speak to suitable candidates this week. If you are a senior BA with CX and CPQ experience and want to step into a fast-moving transformation programme, please get in touch by either applying or emailing me at james.ireson@investigo.co.uk
