A Global Front Office Solution Architect is required to join a world-leading automotive company, owning the Salesforce Field Service architecture across a complex, multi-country transformation programme. This is a hands-on architecture role ideal for someone with global Salesforce deployments under their belt who can lead from the front, influence at C-suite level, and turn ambitious roadmaps into reality.
Role Highlights
- Own the global Salesforce Field Service architecture defining designs, integration patterns, and standards that set the benchmark across multiple countries and Systems Integration partners
- Lead solution design end-to-end, producing high-level and low-level design documentation, architectural principles, and roadmaps that are scalable, compliant, and future-proof
- Act as the technical voice with business and IT leaders, translating complex Service solutions into compelling stories that win buy-in for high-value transformation programmes
- Drive consistency and reusability across £20M global programmes, collaborating with engineering teams, product owners, and SI partners across multiple regions
- Stay ahead on emerging Salesforce capabilities and pragmatically shape these into evolving global architectures and strategic roadmaps
