Forward Deployed AI Engineer

*** New Role - Forward Deployed AI Engineer - Outside IR35***

We are supporting a leading investment business on a major AI enablement initiative and are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to embed directly into the organisation.

This is a hybrid role sitting between AI engineering, business process transformation and operational enablement. The focus is not just building AI solutions but redesigning workflows, identifying high-value use cases and driving real AI adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and redesign operational workflows using AI
- Build AI-enabled processes and requirements
- Support organisation-wide AI adoption and prompt engineering
- Work closely with leadership and operational stakeholders
- Help establish a compliant environment for Claude and future AI agents
- Drive practical AI implementation across existing systems and teams

Ideal Candidate
- Strong AI enablement or Forward Deployed Engineering background
- Excellent business process engineering/re-engineering experience
- Comfortable operating as a technology generalist
- Experience embedding AI into real operational environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting capability
- Experience within financial services, investment management, or regulated environments is highly beneficial

The ideal candidate will be required for an initial 6–12 month engagement on a largely remote basis, with sporadic travel to London as/when needed.

This role can pay £800 - £1000 Per day (Outside IR35) and we are looking for somebody who is immediately available.
