We're recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a well-established finance team in Newcastle on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountant looking to gain exposure to a varied and technically rewarding role.
You'll be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting statutory reporting, managing balance sheet reconciliations, working closely with auditors and key stakeholders, and driving continuous process improvements.
We're looking for:
- ACCA/CIMA qualified or part qualified with adequate experience
- Strong management accounting experience
- Excellent Excel and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
