Day rate: £450–£500 per day | Inside IR35
Length of contract: 3–6 Month Contract
A well known university based in the south of the UK who is going through a transformation, is seeking to recruit a Business Analyst who has experience of target operating models and wider change initiatives to work as part of this exciting transformation across the university.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities to support organisation-wide change initiatives
- Develop and document Target Operating Models, including people, process, technology, governance, and capability considerations
- Conduct as-is and to-be analysis across multiple functions within a Higher Education setting
- Support the transition from current to future state, identifying change impacts, risks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with change, technology, and transformation teams to ensure TOMs are deliverable and sustainable
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst focused on change and transformation
- Proven track record working across Target Operating Model design and implementation
- Experience of working in Higher Education
- Ability to engage, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders where required
- Excellent documentation, facilitation, and communication skills
