I am currently supporting a well known Charity who are based in London. They are currently looking to further align Service Delivery, IT Governance and Products, there are two proposed Options that are designed to move the Charity forward to the Target Operating Model.

- Experience integrating workflows into ITSM tools
- Ability to automate ticket-handling paths (routing, SLAs, escalations)
- Windows server admin experience
- Patch management concepts
- Endpoint management / SCCM / Autopilot
- Basic network and security concepts (firewall, AV, vulnerability feeds)
- Working within backlogs and prioritisation
- Defining automation user stories
- Running sprints or Kanban
- Working with a Product Owner and development/infra squads
- Highly autonomous
- Able to translate manual processes into workflow logic
- Strong communicator with non-technical teams
