Systems Integration Lead

System Integration Delivery Lead – Totalmobile / Oracle Fusion
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6–12 months
Day Rate: £700–£850 per day

We are seeking an experienced System Integration Delivery Lead to support a major workforce technology transformation programme. The role will provide integration assurance and technical leadership across a CARMS replacement programme, ensuring the successful integration of Totalmobile with Oracle Fusion.
This role will act as the key technical conduit between programme leadership, suppliers, and internal technology teams, ensuring integration architecture, data ownership, and technical decisions are aligned with operational requirements and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities
Integration Assurance (Primary Focus)
• Lead and assure the end-to-end integration design between Totalmobile and Oracle Fusion.
• Ensure Oracle Fusion remains the master system of record for workforce data including people, roles, availability, and scheduling information.
• Review, challenge, and approve integration artefacts produced by suppliers and system integrators.
• Provide governance and assurance across technical delivery activities related to integration.

Technical Oversight
• Review and validate integration components including:
– API specifications
– Data mapping and transformation logic
– Error handling, auditing, and reconciliation models
• Ensure integrations meet required standards for performance, security, resilience, and scalability.
• Identify integration risks, data challenges, and sequencing dependencies across the programme.
• Work with suppliers and delivery teams to drive resolution of technical issues.

Skills and Experience
Essential
• Strong background delivering integration assurance across complex multi-vendor programmes.
• Experience implementing or integrating workforce management, rostering, or duty management platforms.
• Proven ability to govern and challenge technical delivery from suppliers and system integrators.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and large-scale data models.

Desirable
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, particularly HR, Workforce, or Time & Attendance modules.
• Experience with Totalmobile, including its integration approach and rostering capabilities.
• Exposure to public-sector technology programmes, ideally similar to emergency services or large operational organisations.
