If you’re a London Market BA who’s tired of being of being stuck on the same old projects then this could be for you.

You’ll sit in a central change team that delivers a broad portfolio of initiatives across the business including:
➡️ Technology-enabled transformation
➡️ Regulatory change
➡️ Business process improvement
➡️ Target operating model work
➡️ Wider strategic programmes

This is a business facing function so you’ll partner directly with a variety stakeholders including underwriting, claims, finance, and senior leadership.
You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor and support more junior BAs, helping shape standards, raise capability and build a stronger change function around you, gaining great experience for any future management ambitions.

What you’ll need:
✔ 5 years’ BA experience in a business-facing change function
✔ Proven London Market Insurance knowledge
✔ Experience of working directly with insurance stakeholders
✔ Experience of supporting a variety of insurance focussed projects
