Your responsibilities will include:
✔️ Statutory accounts preparation & review
✔️ Corporation tax, Self Assessment, VAT & payroll
✔️ Cloud bookkeeping and process improvement
✔️ Managing and training an offshore and onshore team
✔️ Leading client meetings and advisory conversations
✔️ Winning new clients and selling services
✔️ Gradually taking on responsibilities from the current partner
About You
You’re commercially aware, confident with clients, and comfortable using technology.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is ACCA / CIMA / AAT fully or part-qualified
- Has strong UK practice experience across accounts & tax
- Is highly tech-savvy
- Has leadership experience (team management is a plus)
- Has a commercial mindset and enjoys growing relationships
- Is ambitious and looking for a long-term role with progression
- Is studying towards a tax qualification (advantageous)
