Programme Manager

Location: York – 2 days a week onsite
Contract Duration: 12 months – with a view to move into a permanent role
Day Rate: Competitive
 
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme Manager to join our client. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a professional who thrives on delivering results and has proven expertise in managing accreditation processes and effectively engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and management of accreditation programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and industry standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and address complex challenges.
  • Develop clear project plans and timelines, ensuring milestones are met to a high standard.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Monitor risks and proactively resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
 
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing and leading successful accreditation programmes.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and an ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
