HYBRID-WORKING (London-Based Role)
£700-£750 INSIDE IR35 RATE
I’m currently working on an exciting contract opportunity for a Product Lead for a large financial services organisation. We're looking for someone to design, deliver and optimise the Rewards, Benefits & Loyalty proposition, creating a meaningful and distinctive experience that'll enhance client engagement and loyalty. You'll be working within the Private Client business, focusing on HNW and UHNW clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
They’re looking for the following skillset:
- Deep experience in loyalty, rewards, partnerships, or customer engagement within financial services
- A track record of designing and scaling premium or affluent‑segment reward programmes
- Strong partnership and vendor management skills
- Ability to use data, segmentation, and behavioural insight to optimise engagement and ROI
- Proven stakeholder management across Product, Marketing, Digital, Data, and senior commercial teams
