A London-based police force are looking for a Business Continuity consultant to join them on an initial 6-month contract.

Essential skills / experience:
• Proven delivery of business continuity frameworks within a critical services environment, including risk assessment, impact analysis, contingency planning, and multi-scenario preparedness aligned to policing operations.
• Strong stakeholder coordination across command structures, control rooms, ICT, and emergency planning units, with experience guiding senior officers and operational teams through incident response, rehearsals, and post-incident reviews.
• Deep understanding of policing governance, legislation, and interoperability requirements, with hands-on experience embedding resilience measures across essential services such as command-and-control systems, data platforms, and frontline operational functions.
• Active SC clearance
• Active NPPV3 clearance
